In 2018, yoga became my path to healing—helping me manage anxiety, back pain, and heart palpitations. What began as a personal journey soon transformed my life, inspiring me to share the same tools with others. Today, as a Certified Restorative Yoga Teacher, I am dedicated to guiding individuals toward greater balance, resilience, and wellness.
Beyond yoga, I’ve been a lifelong dog owner with over seven years of hands-on experience in dog skincare and training. Through this, I’ve come to deeply appreciate the connection between our well-being and the health of our pets. This inspired me to design a one-of-a-kind service that nurtures both humans and dogs—helping you stretch, relax, and grow stronger, together.
Over the years, I also discovered the art of interlocking, and with more than five years of practice, I now offer professional Retie services.

Private Dog Walker
Looking for personalized, one-on-one care for your dog? Our dog walking services are tailored to reinforce positive behavior while keeping your furry friend active and happy. We provide updates and obedience reinforcement, along with plenty of snuggles, love, and attention! Optional services include feeding, mail/package collection and turning lights on/off. Prices are $35 for 25 minutes and $55 for 45 minutes, with an additional fee for a second dog from the same household. Serving the Northwest Chicago Suburbs, we’re here to ensure your pet gets the best care!
